摘要
我国茶籽饼资源丰富,但利用率低,茶籽饼中茶皂素是一种纯天然非离子型表面活性剂,有广泛应用。该文介绍茶籽饼提取茶皂素方法,及茶皂素结构和性能,并简要概述茶皂素应用前景,为利用茶籽饼提供一条新的途径。
There is abandant in camellia cake resource in China, but its utilization coefficient is very low. Teasaponin is a kind of natural surface active agent and there is a great deal of apperception in the fields of industry and agriculture. This article introduced the extraction of theasaponin in camellia cake, and introduced its molecule structure, physics and chemistry characters,and summed up its application actuality and prospect. This is a new way to utilizate the camellia cake.
