摘要
在pH值为9.0的NH3·H2O-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,痕量锌(Ⅱ)对过氧化氢氧化酸性大红的褪色反应具有强烈的催化作用,据此建立了一种测定痕量锌(Ⅱ)的催化光度新方法。方法的检出限为0.016μg/L,线性范围为0~160μg/L,用于测定电镀废水中微量锌,结果与5-Br-DMPAP光度法相符,6次测定值的相对标准偏差(RSD)<4%。
A new catalytic decoloring spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace zinc (Ⅱ) in electroplating wastewater was established based on the catalytic effect of trace zinc (Ⅱ) to the oxidative decoloration of amidonaphthol red by hydrogen peroxide in a buffer solution of NH3·H2O-NH4C1 at pH valuse of 9.0. The detection limit for zinc (Ⅱ) was determined as 0. 016 μg/L, and the linear range for zinc (Ⅱ) was within 0-160 μg/L Using the established method, the trace zinc in electroplating wastewater could be determined at a relative standard deviation of less than 4% (six repeat measurement), and the results conformed well to that obtained by 5-Br-DMPAP spetrophotometric method.
