摘要
从国内外环境看,高职学历证书与职业资格证书并存具有重要意义。以西安欧亚学院建工学院为例,探讨了两个证书并存的初步实践,——专业教学计划与职业资格证书培训计划互通。目前存在的问题有:资格证书管理不规范——证书多门,标准尺度不统一,考核不严格;学校培训条件欠缺——缺乏双师型教师队伍和实践教学条件。针对存在问题提出了相应的对策。
In the domestic and international education, it is of great significance to establish an ed- ucational system of academic certificates for vocational college students together with professionak qualifi- cation certificates. Taking the School of Architecture and Engineering of Xi＇an Eurasia University, this paper discusses the preliminary practice of performing the double - certificate education ： combining the teaching plan for specialized courses with the training plan for professional qualification certificates. But, in the administration of professional qualification certificates, there are still some problems at pres- ent： the administration of professional qualification certificates are not standardized because similar cer- tificates are granted by many departments, their test criteria are not unified, and the examinations are not strict enough. Besides, the school lacks efficient training conditions, especially in the two aspects of double teachership and teaching conditions for practice. To those problems, the author provides corre- sponding solutions.
