摘要
在总结国际与国内能源现状的基础上,探讨了我国建筑节能存在的弊端;比较了我国与发达国家之间的建筑节能水平;强调了建筑节能在现阶段经济发展中的特殊意义及其必要性与紧迫性.通过解读国家产业技术政策和对现阶段建筑发展规模市场形势分析,更进一步确定我们的目标和任务.
Based on the insights into energy resources at home and abroad, the drawbacks on building energy-saving in China and comparison of China with advanced countries in building energy-saving are studied. Its special significance, neccessity and urgency in the current economic development are emphasized. By analyzing national industrial techincal policies and the scope of current building market, our objectives and tasks are further planned.
