摘要
热风炉里短管是热风炉的关键设备,鞍钢炼铁总厂目前27座热风炉中有7座热风炉的里短管存在问题。解决这一制约热风炉长寿和高炉高风温冶炼的问题,成为炼铁总厂炉窑管理的一个难题,通过对热风炉里短管破损原因进行详细的调查和综合分析,提出了有效的解决方案,目前热风炉运行稳定。
The inside short pipe of the hot air stove is the key equipment. At present, the inside short pipes of 7 hot air stoves among 27 hot air stoves in General Ironmaking Plant of Angang exist problems. It is difficult for General Ironmaking Plant to solve the problems in kiln management which restrict long life of the hot air stove and melting at high air temperature in BF. The effective schemes are put forward by detail investigation and comprehensive analysis on damage reasons of the inside short pipe of the hot air stove. Now the hot air stoves have been operating smoothly.
