摘要
采用碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与正丙醇(n-PrOH)为原料,酯交换法合成碳酸二丙酯(DPC),考察了催化剂种类、物料配比、催化剂用量、温度和时间等诸因素对反应的影响。结果表明,以碳酸钾为催化剂具有较好的催化活性和选择性,在最佳反应工艺条件:常压、反应温度95℃、反应时间5h、n(n—PrOH):n(DMC)=3:1和碳酸钾用量为原料总质量的1%下,DMC转化率为95.9%,DPC收率为73.7%。常压下DPC-DMC系统的汽液平衡温度和汽液相组成也被测定。常压下DPC和DMC二元物系不形成共沸物。
The effects of the type of catalyst, mole ratio of reactants, amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and time on the synthesis of dipropyl carbonate (DPC) from dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and n-propanol by transesterification was investigated. The resuits showed that potassium carbonate used as catalyst exhibited high activity and selectivity, and DMC conversion of 95.9% and DPC yield of 73.7% were obtained under the optimum reaction conditions of 95℃, atmospheric pressure, reaction time 5 h, n-PrOH/ DMC mole ratio of 3:1, and catalyst amount (mass ratio of catalyst to reactants) of 1%. The isobaric vapor-liquid equilibria data for the binary system of DMC and DPC, including temperature and vapor and liquid compositions were determined using a vapor liquidrecycled equilibrium still. The results showed that azeotrope didn't appear.
