摘要
目的研究戊型病毒性肝炎患者免疫指标的变化,探讨其发病机理。方法流式细胞仪检测细胞免疫指标,散射比浊试验检测体液免疫指标。全自动生化分析仪检测肝功生化指标,观察患者肝功与细胞免疫及体液免疫之间的关系。结果戊型病毒性肝炎患者肝细胞损害程度(ALT、AST、TBil升高程度)与细胞免疫特别CD4+T淋巴细胞有负相关关系,ALT、AST与CD8+T淋巴细胞有正相关,与体液免疫指标(IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4)无明显相关。结论戊型病毒性肝炎病情与细胞免疫有相关性,与体液免疫反应无明显相关。
Objective To study immune indexes changes of patients with hepatitis E and to invest the cause of this disease. Methods cell immune indexes were measured by flow cytometry, serum immune indexes were tested by scattering muddy test, liver function biochemistry indexes were tested by autobiochemistrial machine. The relationship between liver function and cell immune/serum immune were studyed. Results there is an negtive relationship between hepatic cell damage degree （ alanine transaminase, aspertate transaminase, bilirium） and cellular immune espasially CD4 ^＋ T cells , there is positive relationship between alanine transaminase/aspertate transaminase and CD8^ ＋ T cells, there is no relationship between hepatic cell damage degree and serum immune indexes （IgG ,IgA ,IgM ,C3 ,C4）. Conclusion there is negtive relationship between hepatitis E and cellular immune, and no relationship between hepatitis E and serum immune.
