治愈一家系足部难愈性溃疡一例 被引量:1

摘要 2007年4-7月,笔者单位伤口治疗中心治愈了1例遗传性足部神经病变性难愈性溃疡,并通过随访发现该家系另有4例类似的患者。现报告如下。患者女,45岁,因左足底反复发作难愈性溃疡6年余收治人院。患者6年前在无明显诱因下出现左足拇趾尖部小水疱,逐渐演变为溃疡,并多次并发感染,经保守治疗未愈。
