摘要
目的探讨一种改进的兔腰椎侧腹入路-经横突入路及其技术路线。方法实验家兔麻醉后,侧卧位,在横突前作纵行切口,分离腹外斜肌,经腹膜外即可显露兔第2腰椎至第6腰椎的椎体及横突部。结果共完成67例手术,切口愈合好,均无腹膜破裂及切口感染等并发症,所有动物均顺利存活。结论经横突侧腹入路显露兔腰椎的方法具有解剖位置恒定、操作简单、并发症少等优点,可用于兔腰椎椎体及横突等部位的手术显露。
Objective To explore a modified lateral approach through transverse process to the lumbar vertebrae of rabbit. Methods After anesthetized, the rabbit was laid on lateral position. The incision of transverse process was cut ; obliquus externus abdominis was separated, then the 2nd to 6th lumbar vertebrae was exposed through external peritoneum space. Results Totally 67 cases were performed, all of the incisions healed well, there were no complications which including peritoneum broken and incision infection. All the experimental animals were survived. Conclusion The lateral approach through transverse process to the rabbit lumbar vertebrae has some advantages, such as the anatomical positon is constancy, the procedure is easy. The approach can be applied to expose the rabbit lumbar vertebrae body and transverse process during operation.
