摘要
采用酸或碱两种聚丙烯合成纤维表面处理方法,观察了处理后纤维表面的刻蚀作用,处理工艺对聚丙烯纤维拉伸强度与拉伸率的影响。试验结果表明:表面处理在纤维表面产生蚀刻作用,加大纤维与水泥基体的附着力,且表面处理对拉伸强度的降低并没有产生明显的影响。
Surface modification with acid or alkali is developed to polypropylene fibers, etching action on the surface of fiber is observed, with influence of the surface modification on the elongation strength and elongation ratio of polypropylene fibers.The experimental results show that roughness of fiber surface atter etching will strengthen the adhesive force of fibers to concrete matrix.Moreover, no evidence show that the surface modification will affect the elongation strength of fiber obviously.
