摘要
目的:建立乌鸡地黄胶囊中马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18,以四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(1∶8∶4∶87)为流动相,柱温为40℃,检测波长236 nm。结果:马钱苷在0.02-0.20μg的范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.998),平均加样回收率为99.12%,RSD%=1.18%。结论:此方法简便、快速,结果满意,能够控制该产品的质量。
Objective： To establish HPLC method for determination of Loganin in Wuji-Dihuang Capsule. Methods： HPLC method was carried on C18 column, using Tetrahydrofuran-Acetonitrile-Methanol-0.05%Phksphoric Acid water（1：8：4：87） as mobile phase, detector temperature was set at 40 ℃, detection wavelength was set at 236 nm. Results： In the calibration curve for Laetrile was linear over the range of 0.02-0.20μg /mL. The average recovery was 99.12% with RSD%=1.18%. Conclusion： The method is simple, convenient and reliable for quality control of the liquid.
