摘要
目的:从骨细胞形态学和骨细胞生长发育的微环境,探讨观察艾灸和运动综合方案防治雄鼠肾虚矮小症的机制。方法:30只肾虚矮小症雄鼠随机分为模型组、模型+艾灸运动综合组、模型+右归丸组,每组10只,另取10只正常雄鼠作对照。造模和干预同时进行,共21 d。结果:在肾虚矮小症造模同时予运动和艾灸综合干预,大鼠成骨细胞增多活跃,骨小梁厚度增加,血清T水平显著提升,血清钙、磷表达趋于正常。此外,该综合方案在改善睾丸酮、股骨长及提高血清磷多项指标上优于中药右归丸的干预治疗。结论:艾灸和运动综合方案可较好地改善骨的细胞形态学,从而改善和促进肾虚矮小症雄鼠的生长发育。这种功效似与调整血清睾丸酮、雌二醇、血清钙、磷等优化骨生长的微环境有关。
Objective: From bone cellular morphology and its growth and development microenvironment, the mechanism, moxibustion and exercise combined plan treated renal deficiency dwarfism, was investigated. Methods: Thirty rats withenal deficiency dwarfism were randomly divided into model group, model+moxibusion and exercise group, model+yougniwan group, ten rats every group, and another 10 rats as normal control. Model construction and intervention were carried out at the same time, for 21 days. Results: while renal deficiency dwarfism model was established, the rats were given intervention of moxibustion and exercise, rats′ sclerotomal cell increase actively, the thickness of bone trabecula increased too, serum T level raised up obviously, the expression of serum calcium and phosphoru were near to normal level. In addition, other targets in the combined plan group were better than youguiwan group. Conclusion: moxibustion and exercise combined plan can improve bone cellular morphology to promote growth and development of rats with renal deficiency dwarfism, the effects may be related with regulating microenvironment which can optimize bone growth.
