摘要
介绍了水与物质相结合的3种结合形式,重点讨论了水介质的频率及温度特性,尤其是介质损耗随水温升高而下降的负斜率特性,同时测量了不同频率和不同温度下,水的介电常数。过去人们对此认识不足,从而使利用量热法测量微波功率时的普遍公式出现了问题,有鉴于此,不久前,微波炉输出功率测量的国家标准中对水温的上下限都作了严格的规定,从而进一步说明过去有关微波测量书籍中的相关公式应予以限定,否则将出现较大误差。
The three combining forms of water are presented and water functions of frequency and temperature are discussed, especially the dielectric constant of water was measured at different temperatures and frequencies. It is very important for the dielectric loss of the water decreases with the temperature rising, which has not been known enough before and resulted in mistakes in the formula to measure microwave power by using measuring heat, so the higher or lower water temperature was limited in the measuring output power of the microwave oven, otherwise the error will be introduced.
