摘要
新自由主义经济思潮不仅主导着西方资本主义国家的经济发展和政策取向,对发展中国家的经济改革也产生了重大影响。深入研究新自由主义的理论特色及其实践效果,有助于我们以科学的态度对待其思想,即批判其消极影响,吸收和借鉴合理因素。
The new liberalistic trend of thought in economics not only governs the economic development and policy orientation of western capitalist countries, hut also exerts a significant influence on the economic reforms of developing countries. A deep study of the characteristics and practical effectiveness of new liberalistic theory is helpful for us to treat it with a scientific attitude, i.e. to criticize its negative influence and to take in its reasonable elements for reference.
