摘要
农村教育必须以农为本。农村教育的伦理诉求应主要的体现在它的功能和价值取向上,从根本上改变农村社会全面落后的现实,促进农村社会现代化,是农村教育最根本的伦理诉求。农村教育改造的关键是教育观念的改造,必须彻底消除以城市为中心的价值取向,强化农村教育的为农性;必须彻底改变以升学为目的的应试教育现状,以全面提高学生的整体素质为最终目标;必须加快职业教育和成人教育的发展;必须彻底改变教育与农村社会相隔离的现状。
Rural education must be based on agriculture. The ethical demands of rural education not only lie in seeking the status of national education, but also does in its function and value orientation. The essential demand of rural education is to change the backward reality of rural society and promote its modernization. The key issue of rural education reform was the transformation of educational concept. The paper gives some suggestions： Eliminate the value orientation that treats city as the center of education, highlight the aim of the rural education is to serve rural society, change the examination-oriented education into quality-oriented education, speed up the development of vocational education and adult education, tie rural education with the ＂great forces＂ in ＂order to totally change the separation situation between education and rural society.
