摘要
目的研究开发计算机化临床护理操作考核系统,并探讨其临床实用性和可行性。方法将电子信息技术运用于临床基本护理技术训练与考核中,通过对计算机化临床护理操作考核系统的考核量表的确立、软件需求的预测与分析、软件的研发与临床测试,以构建计算机化临床护理操作考核系统。结果移动手持智能终端临床护理操作考核系统,具有自动存贮考生信息、成绩汇总分析、考生登录查询等功能,并经临床测试为广大护理管理者所认同的实用性、可行性均强的临床护理操作考核系统。结论运用移动手持智能终端临床护理操作考核系统,创新了临床基本护理技术训练与考核的方法,简化了临床基本护理技术训练与考核工作,提升了临床教学管理水平,为医院教学管理提供必要支持。
Objective To develop a computerized clinical nursing procedure check- up system software, and to discuss the system＇s clinical practicability and feasibility. Methods The electronic information technology is applied to the clinical basic nursing skill trainings and exami- nations, and through the establishment of measuring scales on computerized clinical nursing procedure check - up system, the prediction and analysis for the software requirements, the development of the system and the clinical test, a computerized clinical nursing procedure check - up system is established. Results The chnical nursing procedure check- up system based on mobile handheld intelligent terminal has the auto- mated examinee information storage, meta - analysis of the scores, query by examinee after being logged in and other functions. And after chni- cal tests, the system is recognized by nursing administrators as a clinical nursing procedure check- up system with definite practicability and feasibility. Conclusions The application of the chnical nursing proceelure check - up. system based on mobile handheld intelligent terminal renovates the method of the clinical basic nursing skill trainings and examinations, simplifies the work of the clinical basic nursing skill trainings and examinations, promotes the level of the management of the clinical teaching, and provides the necessary support for teaching administration in hospitals.
