摘要
介绍ML20MnTiB合金冷镦钢的成分控制,对合金冷镦钢的调质工艺机制进行探讨,通过调整ML20MnTiB盘条的调质工艺,得到不同的金相组织和力学性能,进而达到生产12.9级高强度标准件的要求,起到优化生产工艺、节约原材料和提高经济效益的作用。
To introduce composition control of ML2OMnTiB alloy cold heading steel. The quenching and tempering technology mechanism of alloy cold heading steel is discussed. Different metallurgical structure and mechanical property are obtained by adjusting the quenching and tempering technology of ML20MnTiB wire rod. The requirements of producing 12.9 grade high strength standard parts are reached. So the production process is optimized. Raw material is saved. And economic benefit is improved.
