摘要
非公有制企业和从业人员,对我国经济发展和社会发展起着越来越大的作用,但是非公有制经济组织党的建设工作同非公有制经济的发展相比,明显滞后于形势发展的要求。如何做好非公有制企业党建工作,相关领域的专家从不同角度分析了存在的问题并提出相应的解决办法,因而也代表了这方面的最新研究成果。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up to the outside world , the number of non - public - owned enterprises will increase . Those enterprises has played an important role in China＇s economic and social development. However, non - public - owned economic organizations in Party building work is clearly lagging behind . How to carry out the Party building work in non - public - owned enterprises has paid close attention of the whole society, experts and scholars in this field have offered suggestions and ideas from the different perspectives and proposed solutions have been supplied which represents the latest research findings .
