摘要
设计一个与4个电极相连的耦合量子点桥系统,该系统由两个量子点线构成,同时通过其间一个量子点耦合起来。利用非平衡格林函数的运动方程与Dyson方程,推导出通过这种系统的电流表达式。
The paper designed a coupled-quantum-dot bridge of two quantum-dot wires coupled to each other via one quantum dot between the two quantum-dot wires, connected to four leads. It has obtained the current formula of the system through the use of Dyson equations and equations of motion method for Green functions.
