摘要
晶体硅太阳电池市场占有率约70%~80%,由于多晶硅材料价格大幅度上涨,晶体硅太阳电池的高成本加上使用期维护费用过高,光伏发电成本难以回收,制约了光伏发电市场的发展。启动太阳电池市场的关键在于太阳能电池技术的进步,一是通过工艺和太阳电池结构改进降低太阳电池的制造成本,二是通过工艺和太阳能电池技术改进提高太阳能电池的转换效率,最终使太阳电池的发电成本相当或者低于传统发电成本,薄膜太阳能电池技术在低成本光伏发电应用有更大发展潜力。
The market share of crystal silicon solar cell is about 70-80% at present, but with the price soar of crystal silicon and the high maintenance cost, it is hard for the cost of photovohaie generation to be reclaimed, which restricts the development of the photovoltaic generation market. The key of start-up for the solar cell market is the advancement in solar cell technology. Firstly, the manufacturing cost should be decreased by the advanced process and improving the structure of solar cell; Secondly, the conversion efficiency of solar cell should be increased by the advanced process and progress of solar cell technology. In that case, the cost of solar cell generation will be equal to or lower than that of traditional generation, and the technology of thin-film solar cell will have greater development potential on the application to the low cost photovohaic generation.
