摘要
为了提高纤维复合壳板与金属构件的连接强度,拓展材料应用范围,优化材料组合结构,提出了一种采用纤维复合榫头与金属构件凹槽连接的新型连接技术,这种新型连接技术工艺简单,可采用相同的材料,在糊制纤维复合壳板时,同步成型,同步固化,连接牢固,质量可靠,使连接处的强度等同母材,组成的结构受力均匀,承载能力大大提高,综合技术性能更加优越,可作为承载主结构。
Improving the joining strength between the fiber composite shell and steel frame is one of the key issues on expanding the application field of fiber composite material. A mortise-and-tenon joint presented in this paper shows several advantages compared with traditional joint forms. This technique ensures the joining process simultaneous with laying fiber composite shell. When the shell is in form, the joining job is done. It is characterized by simple process, credible quality, uniform pressure and excellent comprehensive technical performance, and can be used as major load-carrying structure. It's predicable that the practical application of this new technique will expand the application field of fiber composite material and play an important role in the promotion of the economic and transportation construction.
