摘要
知识工资方案是薪酬领域的重要创新,是以人为本的工资方案,与传统工资制度相比有许多明显的优势。企业在实施工资方案的实践中,应根据实际出发,坚持与企业竞争战略相联系原则、客户原则和动态原则,实现提高企业竞争优势和员工发展潜力的双赢。
The pay-for-knowledge plan,as an important innovation of the salary field, has many obvious advantages over traditional wages system with making people the center in enterprise. Practicing in the implement the of wages project, enterprise should insist on the principle of contacting with the competitive strategy of enterprise characteristic,customer principle and dynamic state principle according to the fact, realizing the win-win situation of the competitive advantage of the enterprise and the development potential of the employees.
