摘要
研究了用磺基水杨酸作指示剂，用铁铵矾标准溶液氧化还原滴定抗坏血酸的新方法，用于药物中抗坏血酸的测定，结果与碘量滴定法，紫外光度法所得结果基本一致。
The new method of determination of ascorbic acid by the oxidation-reduction titration was studied in this paper. By this method, sulphosalicylic acid was used as indicator and ammoni-um ferric sulphate as the standard solution. The obtained results of ascorbic acid in preparations were in agreement with those by the iodine titration method or the background correction-ultra-violet spectrophotometric method.
