摘要
试验结果表明,条斑紫菜外植体的存活及正常生长发育,可适应与耐受的氮质量浓度50~150mg/L,磷质量浓度5—15mg/L。当氮质量浓度超过150mg/L时,条斑紫菜外植体的存活及生长发育受到抑制;而磷质量浓度超过15mg/L时,对条斑紫菜外植体的存活及生长产生抑制,紫菜果孢子囊的形成则可耐受磷质量浓度25mg/L。
Adaptability and tolerance of laver Porphyra yezoensis explants to different concentrations of eutrophic nitrogen and phosphorus were studied during growth and development. The results showed that the explants were adaptable and tolerable in high nitrogen(50 - 150 mg/L). However, survival and growth of the explants were restrained at nitrogen concentration of more than 150 mg/L. The laver showed that normal survival and growth were at phosphorus concentration of 5 - 15 mg/L, but the laver had low survival and growth at phosphorus concentration of more than 15 mg/L. The laver explants forming sporangia showed adaptability to eutrophic phosphorus of 25 mg/L.
