摘要
根据毒邪的有关理论,在总结前人学说和文献资料的基础上,结合再生障碍性贫血(再障)的中医论治,分析外毒和内毒与再障的联系:认为毒邪在再障的发病中扮演着至关重要的角色,提出解毒祛邪是治疗再障的重要法则之一,解毒可以祛邪安正,解除毒邪对脏腑的伤害,恢复亏损脏腑的功能,清除体内的毒邪,有利于骨髓造血功能的恢复。
According to the relevant theory of toxic evil and clinical treatment of aplastic anemia （AA）, this article summarized predecessors＇ academic views and reviewed the related literature. It was found that external and internal toxic evils have close connection with AA and play important roles in the occurrence of AA; that toxin-resolving and evil-dispelling is one of the key principles in the treatment of AA; that toxin-resolving can help dissipate pathogenic factors and restore healthy qi, thus the function of zang-fu may recover from the damage after the removal of toxic evils; that elimination of internal toxic evil can help reconstitute the hematopoietic function of bone marrow.
