摘要 脂蛋白脂酶(lipoprotein lipase,LPL)是甘油三酯分解代谢的限速酶,与肥胖发生联系密切。综述了LPL蛋白的分子结构特点、分泌方式,及其参与的与肥胖发生有关的脂肪细胞分化、脂质沉积、脂代谢等过程。 Lipoprotein lipase is the rate-limited enzyme for degrading triglyceride into glycerol and free fatty acid, which has substantial connection with obesity. The structure and secvetary pathway of LPL protein were introduced. A series process such as differentiation of adipocyte, fat deposition and obesity related metabolism were reviewed.
