摘要
近年来,以民营企业为主体的中小企业逐渐成为我国国民经济的重要力量。但不合理的融资结构等内部环境因素和银行对中小企业的限制措施等外部环境因素使得中小企业的融资成本居高不下,严重制约着中小企业的生存和发展。解决中小企业融资成本高的途径主要应从中小企业规范治理结构和加大各级政府对中小企业融资的扶持力度等环节着手。
In recent years, small and medium-sized enterprises have been becoming an important power of national economy in China. Nevertheless, some factors keep financing cost high and restrict seriously the existence and development of small and medium-sized enterprises. These factors include inner environmental factors, such as unreasonable financing structure, and outer environment, and restricting measures that banks take for enterprises. To solve the problem of high financing cost, small and medium-sized enterprises should take measures to normalize governance structure of their own and increase support from the governments of all levels.
