摘要
为了有效管理房地产项目的开发以及土地资源利用，文章从移动GIS的特点及相关技术出发，将移动GIS应用于房地产信息化管理，并分析了各个关键技术．提出了基于移动GIS的房地产信息化管理系统的逻辑结构，可实现房地产开发项目及市场的经济、高效、实时的信息化管理。
In order to effectively manage the real estate development projects, as well as the use of land resources, this paper starts with the characteristics of mobile GIS and related technologies, brings the mobile GIS into the use of real estate information management and analyses the key technologies. This paper brings forward that based on the logical structure of mobile GIS Real Estate Information Management System it will achieve the economical, efficient, real-time information management of real estate projects.
