摘要
目的:研究泄浊通络汤治疗慢性痛风性关节炎的临床价值。方法:将34例慢性痛风性关节炎患者随机分治疗组(19例)和对照组(15例),分别用泄浊通络汤和丙磺舒治疗1个月后,观察两组临床症状和各生化指标改善的状况,并进行统计分析。结果:治疗组和对照组临床治愈率分别为78.94%和53.84%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后血尿酸(SUA)、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)差值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泄浊通络汤能较快改善慢性痛风性关节炎的肿胀、疼痛症状及各项生化指标,疗效优于对照药,且毒副作用小。
Objective:To research the clinical value of XIEZHUOTONGLUOTANG(XZTLT,a TCM composition)on curing chronic gouty arthritis.Methods:34 cases of patients with chronic gouty arthritis were randomly divided into two groups,therapy group(19 cases,XZTLT used)and control group(15 cases,benemid given).After one month of treatment,clinical symptoms and improved conditions of all biochemical indicators were observed and analyzed statistically in two groups.Results:Clinical cure rates of two groups were respectively 78.94% and 53.84%,and there had noticeable discrepancy(P<0.05).Post-treatment in two groups,there had prominent discrepancy on comparison of difference in serum uric acid(SUA),erythrosedimentation(ERS)and C reactive protein(CRP)(P<0.05).Conclusion:XZTLT could quickly improve symptoms of swell and ache as well as all biochemical indicators of chronic gouty arthritis,and elevate clinical cure rate.
