熔融插层制备聚合物/粘土纳米复合物在加工方面的研究进展

The progress of processing on preparing polymer/clay nanocomposites by melt intercalation

摘要 本文对近年来关于熔融插层法制备聚合物/粘土纳米复合物(PCN)过程中成型加工影响作用的研究进展进行了综述。介绍了不同加工设备对制备PCN的不同影响,并指出双螺杆挤出机是进行熔融混合的最合适的加工设备。概述了停留时间、螺杆结构等加工条件和不同成型工艺对制备PCN的不同作用。并对今后的研究提出了展望。 Recent development of the effects of processing on polymer/clay nanocomposites(PCN) prepared by melt intercalation are reviewed. The influence of different processing equipment on PCN is discussed. It is believed that twin screw extruders are the more efficient equipments tbr melt intercalation. Meanwhile, the ett^cts of different compounding process and processing condition such as residence time and screw configuration on PCN are summarized. Prospects of research are also introduced.
