摘要
采用有限元法模拟了60kg/m钢轨在四辊万能孔型中的变形,并与实际结果进行了对比分析,得出轧制前、后的钢轨断面变化与实际轧制取样结果基本一致,横向零位移线位于钢轨底部,轧制力的模拟值与实测值误差率在±5%以内,钢轨断面等效应变的分布不对称,存在局部高应变区,为钢轨的实际轧制提供了指导作用。
The deformation process of the 60kg/m heavy rail in 4 h universal groove was simulated with finite element method. Reasonable agreement has been reached between the simulation results of the cross-section change with that of production result. The zero displace contour in horizontal lies in the bottom of rail. The ± 5 % prediction error of the rolling force was achieved. The equivalent strain in cross-section was unsymmetrical and high strain areas existed in section of rail, which could provide the practical instructions for the rolling of rail.
