摘要
本文报道了应用双功彩色多普勒超声,对下肢深静脉炎伴血栓26例.单纯慢性深静脉炎6例进行了检查.分析了2D图象特点.及CDFI、PW对DVI的应用价值.为临床有效治疗提供了可靠依据,并且是一种简便无创、直观,可重复性、诊断迅速的检查方法.
This article reports the use of the double function color doppler ultrasound in the diagnostic examination on the 26 cases of deep vein thrombosis with inflammation, and the 6 cases of simle phlebitis in the lower limbs. The specific properties of these pictures in the two-dimensional ultrasound were analyzed. The CDFI,PW's using value were inquired into the diagnosis of DVT. The method provides on the effective basis of clinical treatment. It is a kind of non-invasive examinative,method. It is can be repeated fastly dinectly.
