摘要
目的应用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝病,并进行临床观察。方法静脉滴注还原型谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝病33例(其中共选取病例63例,随机分成两组)与护肝片30例对照比较,结果还原型谷胱甘肽组患者肝功能指标改善明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论还原型谷胱甘肽治疗酒精性肝病对恢复肝功能指标疗效确切,安全性良好,可作为酒精性肝病的一种有效药物。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of glutathione on the treatment of alcoholic liver diseases. Methods 63 patients with alcoholic liver diseases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ：33 patients were treated with glutathione, and 30 patients were treated with HuGanPian. Results The improvement of liver function of index were more significant after treatment in the treatment group than that of the control group. There was significantly differenee compared with control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion The clinical efficacy of glutathione on the treatment of alcoholic liver diseases was reliable. It should be as a effective, safe agent for treatment alcoholic liver diseases.
