摘要
传统高校教师绩效考核方法是一种简单的指标值加总方法,不同类别的指标缺乏可比性和可加性。AHP方法通过引用相对指标,将主观评价与数理评价有机结合,克服了传统方法的不足。通过实例阐述了AHP原理和高校教师绩效考核的应用过程,并结合实际指出了其应用前提和应该注意的问题。
AHP is superior to some traditional evaluative methods in assessing college teachers' performance. This paper discusses how to take the advantages of AHP by showing the principle and steps of AHP in an example. Then it argues that AHP also has some limitations itself which we should pay more attention to.
