摘要
采用微波消解法处理样品,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定了几种不同级别的副品对苯二甲酸(PTA)的金属含量.考察了微波消解条件对样品处理的影响,确定了实验的最佳测定条件.结果表明,测定方法的检出限为0.037 91-1.034μg/mL,回收率为96.78%-100.9%,相对标准偏差为5.0%以内;该法准确、快速、简便,应用于副品PTA中金属元素的测定,结果满意.
The content of metals in several different substandard goods terephthalic acid(PTA)are determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic enfission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with a microwave digestion method . The optimum conditions are finalized by carefully studying various factors that influence the determination. The results show that the sensitivity of the detection limit is 0.037 91 - 1.034/ug/mL, the RSD is less than 5% and the recovery is from 96.78% - 100.90%. This method is accurate, fast, and simple. It is satisfeied to be applied in determination of the metals insubstandard goods PTA.
