摘要
在分析总结传统控制熔接线位置方法的基础上,采用顺序浇注成型实现对熔接线位置的有效控制。该方法按照期望的熔接线位置把制品划分成相应的小区域,根据等流长算法求各小区域的最佳阀浇口位置,通过调整阀浇口开闭时机和熔接线贴合程度指数实现对熔接线位置的精确控制。最后通过一个具体的实例验证了方法的有效性。
Based on analysis on conventional ways for controlling weld-line location, a sequential injection moulding method was developed to adjust the positioning accuracy. Components were divided into small portions of fields according to expected weld-line positions; and then equal flow length algorithm was used to get optimum valve gate locations of each fields. The precision control of weld line locations were achieved by adjusting the open and close time of valve gate, and the conformity degree index between actual and expected weld line locations. Applications verified the validity of the technique.
