介绍陆良县农村饮水安全建设概况,制约陆良县农村饮水安全建设的原因进行了分析,探讨其解决途径:深化农村水利改革;拓展建设资金来源;创新组织管理体制,培养民生能力;加强农村生态环境建设。
The construction of drinking water safety in rural areas in Luliang County was introduced,and the relative restraint causes were analyzed.The countermeasures for the construction of drinking water safety in rural areas were proposed:to deepen the water resources reform in rural areas;to develop the construction capital sources;to innovate the organization management system and to enhance the people's living ability;to improve the ecological environment construction in rural areas.
