摘要
物流成本管理是煤炭企业物流管理的核心,通过信息化手段对物流成本的有效管理,不仅推动了物流管理的合理化进程,而且提高了企业的经济效益。当前,我国煤炭行业物流成本管理水平低下,运行成本较高,需要采取有效措施加以改进和提高。
Physical distribution cost control is the core of physical distribution management for coal enterprises. Management of the physical distribution cost with informatized means not only speeds the progress of physical distribution management but also raises enterprises＇ economic benefit. Currently, the physical distribution cost control level of the coal industry in China is low but the running cost is high and therefore it is necessary to take effective measures to improve and enhance it.
