摘要
《劳动合同法》的颁布施行,为充分发挥工会组织协调劳动关系,维护职工合法权益的作用提供了良好的机遇。工会组织要从构建社会主义和谐社会的高度,深刻领会《劳动合同法》的立法宗旨,充分认识新形势下推进劳动合同制度的重要性和必要性,进一步增强做好这项工作的紧迫感和责任感,把推进劳动合同制度作为一项长期任务,全面做好贯彻落实工作,运用法律手段,维护职工合法权益,促进劳动关系的和谐稳定。
