摘要
《劳动合同法》的颁布施行,为充分发挥工会组织协调劳动关系,维护职工合法权益的作用提供了良好的机遇。工会组织要从构建社会主义和谐社会的高度,深刻领会《劳动合同法》的立法宗旨,充分认识新形势下推进劳动合同制度的重要性和必要性,进一步增强做好这项工作的紧迫感和责任感,把推进劳动合同制度作为一项长期任务,全面做好贯彻落实工作,运用法律手段,维护职工合法权益,促进劳动关系的和谐稳定。
from the height of constructing socialism harmonious society, the Labor union organization should profoundly comprehend the legislative objective of ＂Labor contract Law＂, fully understand under the new situation the importance and the necessity of advancing labor contract system, further strengthen the sense of urgency and the sense of responsibility to do this work well, comprehensively do well the work of implementing and realizing, defend the staff＇s legitimate rights and interests by the means of law and the promote the harmony and stability of work relations.
