摘要
高校修购专项资金是国家财政在年度教育事业费预算中安排的专项用于高校的房屋修缮、仪器设备购置和基础设施维修改造的资金。修购专项项目既改善了高校硬件设施,同时也促进了管理水平的提高。
Every year the finance of the country arrange a part of the annual educational undertakings for the use of college repairing and purchase projects which are limited in buildings repairing, equipment purchase and base installation. These projects improve college fixed assets as well as the management level.
