摘要
在WTO的所有协议中,对电子商务的调整起基础性作用的当推《服务贸易总协定》(GATS)。从GATS有关电子商务的规定出发,提出了完善电子商务规定的建议,以促进电子商务的发展。
In all the agreements of WTO, GATS is still the basis of improvement of electronic business from the rules of electronic business, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve and promote the electronic business.
