摘要
6061-T6铝合金是Al-Mg-Si系可热处理强化铝合金,其搅拌摩擦焊焊态下接头性能优于传统焊接方法,但并未达到较优水平。文中对不同自然时效条件及人工时效下6061-T6搅拌摩擦焊接头金相组织、显微硬度和拉伸力学性能进行了观察和测试,发现随着时效时间的延长,焊缝硬度有所回升,时效30天时趋于稳定,接头强度达到母材的72%;经人工时效后,提升接头性能效果明显,强度达到母材的84%,但断后伸长率下降。
The joints of friction stir welding of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy have better properties than that of traditional fusion welding,but theproperties of as-welded joints are still lower than that of the base metal.Microstructure,microhardness,tensile strength of friction stir-welded6061-T6 aluminum alloy joints were tested.It was found that the hardness of the joints increases with increase of aging time and tends to besteady in 30 days.Tensile strength of the joints reached to 72% of the base metal.Artificial aging treatment make an obvious effect on tensilestrength of the joints which can reach 84% of base metal,but the elongation reduced.
