摘要
压装机是汽车变速箱生产线的主要生产设备,其压装力是决定产品质量的重要因素。针对不同的产品需要不同的压装力且压装力不易手动调节的情况,设计了电液比例控制压装机,采用电液比例控制阀和力传感器实现对压装力的控制,为其设计了模糊PID控制器,并通过仿真分析验证了模糊PID控制器具有很好的控制效果,满足实际生产要求。
Arber press is the main production equipment of gear box,and the press force determines the product quality.Based on the fact that different production needs different press force and the press force is hard to adjusted manually,an Arber press controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional control sys-tem was proposed.The electro-hydraulic system was mainly consisted of an electro-hydraulic proportional overflow valve and a force sensor,and fuzzy PID control system was designed for the press.It was found that,the new Arber press has better force control effect and satisfies actual demands pretty well.
