摘要
通过分析铝合金薄壁箱体零件的结构特点和薄壁难加工、内腔圆角半径限制精加工刀具直径等工艺问题,制定了合适的数控加工工艺。同时选用了UG三维软件进行了自动编程与加工,实现了该零件在加工中心上的高速、高质量加工。
The reasonable NC manufacturing technics was made based on the analysis of technical problem for the structure technical characteristic,difficult-to-cutting thin wall,the inner cavity round limitating tool diameter for precision manufacturing.What's more,automatic NC programming was provided using UG 3D software based on the optimized manufacturing technics and high manufacturing precision was achieved for the thin-wall part.
