摘要
现行的拉伸法测金属杨氏模量实验存在调节困难、稳定性差、误差较大、技术含量低等缺点.采用线阵CCD采集激光信号,通过A/D数据采集转换为数字信号,在计算机上利用连续采集储存数据,构建数学模型分析并获得结果,克服了以上缺点,提高了实验精度,扩展了学生的知识面,对提高学生动手能力和创新能力有较好的作用.
There exits a large error in the traditional method by stretching for measuring Young' s modulus of metal, with difficulty in adjustment and worse stability. In this article, a new advanced method is implemented, and it provides better precision based on the mathematical model, which is acquired according to the digital data of laser signal from the linear array CCD and A/D. The application of new method extends the experimental knowledge, which makes the traditional experiment more vividly and abundantly and improves the students' learning ability.
