摘要
一台45MW水轮发电机定子铁心内膛上下端部周圈约300mm,其铁心、铁心与槽楔接缝处有不同程度焦黑色略带红色附着物,通过对此现象进行深入分析并对线棒、铁心绝缘层的探查和试验,找出了导致产生附着物的原因,提出了解决办法。
There are some dark attachments in the core and the joint of core and wedge in a 45MW hydrogenerator with 300mm inner circumference of stator bore. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis for this phenomenon, examines the stator bar and core insulation, points out the causes and provides the solutions.
