摘要
大多数发电机的振动是由不平衡引起的,而高速动平衡是消除振动的常用的主要手段。本文介绍了采用现场低速动平衡来消除500MW发电机过临界异常振动的实例,为电厂检修节约了时间,其经济和社会效益非常巨大。这种处理方法对发电机转子振动的处理具有较大的参考价值并具有较高的推广应用价值。
Mostly, vibration of a generator is caused by unbalance. And the high speed dynamic balancing is the commonly used primary means to eliminate the vibration. This paper is based on the theory of flexible rotors. This paper introduces an example by using the low speed dynamic balancing to eliminate the anomalous vibration when crossing critical speed. The time of maintenance was saved and the factory was benefited greatly and economically. This way has a big reference value to eliminate the vibration for the turbogenerator. It is suitable for further promotion.
