摘要
结合2007年武汉市国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑的能源审计,分析了在计量仪器不全的条件下,各用能系统的能耗统计方法,得出了不同建筑功能能耗基准值的确定方法以及各用能系统的同时使用系数。
Based on the energy audit for government offices and large public buildings in Wuhan in 2007, discusses and analyses the energy consumption statistical procedure of energy consumption systems in the condition of incomplete measuring instruments, and educes the procedure of determining energy consumption benchmark for different buildings and the diversity factor of energy consumption systems.
