产物接种对生活垃圾水解/好氧复合生物预处理的影响——微生物及水解酶活性变化 被引量:3

摘要 以高含水率混合收集生活垃圾为处理对象,研究了接种和不接种(对照)情况下,水解/好氧复合生物预处理过程中微生物数量及水解酶活性的变化.结果表明,在复合生物预处理过程中,产物接种加剧了水解阶段的酸化抑制效应(水解阶段结束时,接种组和对照组的pH分别为5.2和5.9),减少了细菌数量和降低了相关水解酶活性;产物接种可促进纤维素分解菌的生长繁殖,提高CMC酶、滤纸纤维素酶的活性,从而有利于难降解生物质的分解;接种组和对照组总水分去除率分别为63.7%和77.7%,产物接种并没有提高复合生物预处理过程的水分去除效率. High-moisture-content Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) was used to study the growth of microorganisms and their extracellular enzyme activities during a combined hydrolytic/aerobic biological pretreatment process. Two trials with and without inoculation of recycled products were set up in this study. The results showed that inoculation decreased both the quantity of bacteria the amylase activity, compared with the trial without inoculation. The inoculum addition increased the inhibition of acidogenesis. For the trials with and without inoculation, the pHs at the end of the hydrolytic stage were 5.2 and 5.9, respectively. The inoculation promoted the growth of cellulose degrading microorganisms and enhanced the activities of CMCase and FPase. Therefore, the inoculation favored the degradation of recalcitrant substrates. The water removal rate was 63.7% for the trial with inoculation and 77.7% for the trial without inoculation, indicating that inoculation reduced the water removal efficiency.
