摘要
十七大关于效率与公平关系的论述,是对"效率优先,兼顾公平"原则的扬弃,是党对分配政策认识的跃升。它有利于我们在实践中构建效率与公平二者并重、双向互动、内在统一的关系和机制,对推动社会和谐,共享发展成果有重大意义。
The elaboration of the relationship between efficiency and fairness in the 17th National Congress of CPC is a sublation of the principle ＂the efficiency first, concurrently consideing fairness＂, and a deepened understanding of the Party＇ s policies on distribution. It is helpful for us to construct a mechanism that can show the equality, interaction and inner unity of efficiency and fairness. It is also of great significance to the development of a harmonious society and achievements sharing.
